Whenever possible, it is important we capture as much constituent information as possible – especially at events and in-person meetings – where we are otherwise not able to automatically capture the information.

Note, not all contacts you enter may be people you/we want to market to. For instance, it may be a prospective donor who is not developed enough to receive general messaging. In these cases, you can press Do Not Market and the contact will not be added to the database for any marketing or fundraising purposes.
