Summary
All social media posts should promote engagement and interaction with the Bayan’s constituents, social media followers, and Muslim American communities. Posts should encourage engagement (i.e.) feedback, questions, and comments. Further, we should respond to all inquiries or feedback in a timely and professional manner. These best practices will help ensure our social media presence is professional, accurate, and aligned with Bayan’s mission while supporting new student recruitment, development, and institutional reputation.
